Section 590.260 - Residence1. Every person licensed under the Nevada Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act, NRS 590.465 to 590.645, inclusive, or in the case of a licensed company or corporation, its authorized manager or agent, shall have emergency personnel with an actual bona fide residence within the immediate area or territory of his or her petroleum business who are personally qualified and available to cope with any emergency connected with the business.2. Any transfer or change in the residence of the emergency personnel described in subsection 1 must be reported to the Board no later than 10 days before such transfer or change.Nev. Admin.
