Section 590.520 - Reports of accidents1. Any accident where a licensee is involved, and where it is possible that LP gas was a contributing factor, must be reported to the Board in writing by the affected licensee immediately upon receipt of information of the accident. The report must contain any pertinent information such as the location, names of persons involved and the type of accident.2. If death or serious personal injury or injuries requiring hospitalization of persons or property damage of $2,000 or more results from the accident, the report must be made to the Board by telephone and followed by a written report.Nev.
