Section 590.690 - Board authorized to recover investigative costs and impose penalty fees for violation of NRS 590.535

At a hearing, the Board may recover investigative costs from and impose penalty fees on any person, firm or corporation that is found guilty of a violation alleged in a citation or formal complaint.
