Section 590.644 - DefinitionsAs used in NAC 590.644 to 590.690, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Licensee" includes:(a) A person who is licensed by the Board or who holds a certificate of competency issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 590.465 to 590.645, inclusive, and NAC 590.100 to 590.690, inclusive; and(b) An applicant for such a license or certificate.2. "Presiding officer" means the Chair of the Board or any member of the Board designated by the Chair to preside over a hearing or matter before the Board.3. "Staff" means the staff of the Board.Nev.
