Section 587.335 - Requirements for isolation1. Except as otherwise provided in subsections 2 and 3, the minimum distance that a field of rapeseed must be from a different variety or field of the same variety of rapeseed which does not meet the varietal purity requirements for certification is as follows: | Class Produced | Fields of Cross- pollinated Varieties | Fields of Self- pollinated Varieties |

2. A distance of 3 miles for the production of foundation or registered seed and 2 miles for the production of certified seed is required if isolating fields of different oil or glucosinolate content.3. The distance of isolation between classes of the same variety may be reduced to 15 feet.4.
