Section 587.321 - Requirements for land1. Foundation seed must be produced on land on which the same species was not seeded or grown during the previous 5 crop years.2. Registered seed must be produced on land on which the same species was not seeded or grown during the previous 2 crop years.3. Certified seed must not be produced on land on which the same species was seeded or grown during the previous year unless the last crop grown is of the same variety and meets all requirements for certification of the same or higher class.4. The application must indicate the crops grown for the previous 5 years, 2 years or 1 year on the land intended for the production of foundation, registered or certified classes of seed, respectively.Nev.
