Section 587.2925 - Requirements for land1. A field of beans planted for the production of foundation, registered or certified classes of seed must not have been planted to or grown a crop of beans for 1 year unless the previous crop was:(a) Eligible for certification;(b) The same variety; and(c) The same or higher class.2. A field of beans:(a) On which bacterial blight has been found is eligible to grow certified beans if it has been planted to a crop other than beans for 2 years.(b) Must be separated from other beans that are planted by at least 10 feet.Nev.
