Section 585.310 - Approval of plans for construction, remodeling of plants1. Before a licensee constructs or extensively remodels a plant for manufacturing drugs, or converts an existing structure for use as such a plant, the licensee must submit the plans to the Commissioner for his or her approval. The plans must include:(a) The layout and arrangement of the plant;(b) The materials to be used in construction; and(c) The location, size and type of fixed equipment and facilities.2. Approval of plans by the Commissioner does not constitute final approval of the facility. The Commissioner will not issue a license until the Commissioner's inspection of the facility is made and he or she gives final approval of the facility.Nev. Admin. Code § 585.310
