Section 584.5792 - Report of distributor's monthly remittance1. Each distributor shall submit to the Commission, on a form prescribed and furnished by the Commission, or on a facsimile of the form, a monthly remittance report showing the distributor's monthly distribution dairy products that are subject to assessment by the Commission pursuant to NRS 584.647 or 584.648.2. The monthly remittance report must be submitted to the Commission at its office in Sparks, Nevada, on or before the 20th day of the month following the month during which the dairy products that are subject to assessment by the Commission pursuant to NRS 584.647 or 584.648 were distributed.Nev.
