Section 584.1621 - "Adulterated" defined"Adulterated" means:
1. Any raw milk or cream to which water has been added; or2. Any raw milk or product made from it which:(a) Contains any unwholesome substance; or(b) Does not conform with the applicable standard of identity adopted by reference in NAC 584.0103.Nev. Admin. Code § 584.1621
