Section 584.2591 - Vehicles for transporting certified raw milk1. All tanker vehicles used for transporting certified raw milk or products made from it and all pumps for transferring milk must be constructed to meet the standards of sanitation generally accepted in the dairy industry. All hoses used for transfers of milk must be approved by the Commission.2. All vehicles used in the transportation of certified milk and products made from it must be constructed and operated so that milk and products are maintained at 45°F (7.2 °C) or less and are protected from the sun, freezing and contamination. The vehicles must be easily cleaned and kept in a state of cleanliness.Nev. Admin. Code § 584.2591
