Section 584.2411 - Capability of refrigeration in bulk milk tankEach bulk milk tank must have a capability of refrigeration that is sufficient to:
1. Reduce the temperature of the milk to 50°F (10°C) or less, no more than 4 hours after the commencement of the first milking, and to 45°F (7°C) or less, within 2 hours after the completion of milking, provided that the blend temperature does not exceed 50°F (10°C) after the first milking and the subsequent milkings, as indicated by a recording thermometer; and2. Maintain the temperature at that level until delivery of the milk.Nev. Admin. Code § 584.2411
