Section 584.0107 - Conformity with definitions and standards of identity in Code of Federal Regulations

A dairy product for which a definition or standard of identity has been prescribed in Parts 53 to 209, inclusive, of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations and Parts 100 to 199, inclusive, of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as adopted by reference in NAC 584.0103, must conform to that definition or standard of identity.
