Section 583.552 - Certificate: Grounds for denial, suspension or revocationThe Health Division may deny an application or suspend or revoke a certificate upon any of the following grounds:
1. The failure or refusal of an applicant or holder of a certificate to comply with the provisions of NAC 583.532 to 583.590, inclusive, or any other regulations adopted by the State Board of Health.2. The failure or refusal of an applicant or holder of a certificate to cooperate with an investigation or inspection conducted by the Health Division to carry out the provisions of NAC 583.532 to 583.590, inclusive.3. Engaging in the business of a wholesaler without a certificate.Nev. Admin. Code § 583.552
