Section 583.010 - Definitions and labeling of meat and meat products

Definitions, labeling and the composition of meat and products not otherwise defined must be as described in the Regulations Governing Meat Inspection of the United States Department of Agriculture, 9 C.F.R. Parts 301 and 319.
