Section 581.390 - Certificate of registration not deemed certification of quality or accuracy of services

The issuance of a certificate of registration to a service agency or serviceperson shall not be deemed to be a certification by the State Sealer of Weights and Measures of the quality or accuracy of the services provided by the service agency or serviceperson.
