Section 576.620 - Order to stop sale of agricultural product

The Director may issue a written order to stop the sale of an agricultural product of the soil if the produce vendor does not hold a valid certified produce vendor's certificate issued by the Department that lists the product being displayed or offered for sale by the produce vendor.
