Section 576.580 - Availability of applications

An application for a certified produce vendor's certificate, an application to amend a certified produce vendor's certificate and an application to renew a certified produce vendor's certificate may be obtained, free of charge, from the State Department of Agriculture at 405 South 21st Street, Sparks, Nevada 89431, or by telephone at (775) 353-3601.
