Section 571.500 - Exemption from testing for pseudorabies

A swine that is under 6 months of age or weighs less than 180 pounds and that originated within the State is exempt from testing for pseudorabies when it is moved to a feedlot in Nevada from which the swine are moved directly to immediate slaughter.
