Section 571.150 - DefinitionsAs used in NAC 571.150 to 571.190, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Animal" means all domesticated and wild mammals, birds and fish.2. "Food waste" means any waste, discarded or by-product material resulting from handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of foods, or the slaughtering and processing of animals for food, which contains or may contain, meat or meat scraps.3. "Person" means the State, any municipality, political subdivision, institution, public or private corporation, natural person, partnership or other entity.4. "Swine" means a pig or hog of any age or sex.Nev. Admin. Code § 571.150
