Section 571.100 - Livestock for use in rodeoA person shall not ship, transport or otherwise move livestock into Nevada for use in a rodeo unless:
1. Each animal is accompanied by a health certificate and an entry permit;2. Cattle and bison react negatively to a test for brucellosis within the 12 months before the date of entry into Nevada; and3. Roping steers and fighting cattle imported from Mexico react negatively to a test for tuberculosis within the 12 months before the date of entry into Nevada.Nev. Admin. Code § 571.100
