Section 571.065 - Game, fur-bearing and wild animals1. In addition to the requirements of subsection 2, if applicable, a person shall not ship, transport or otherwise move game, fur-bearing or wild animals into Nevada unless he or she complies with any additional requirements of the Department for entry into this State for that animal.2. A person shall not ship, transport or otherwise move into Nevada:(a) A North American elk unless it reacts negatively to a test for brucellosis within the 30 days before entry into Nevada; and(b) Any species of the family Cervidae that is domesticated unless it reacts negatively to tests for tuberculosis and brucellosis within the 30 days before entry into Nevada.Nev.
