Section 561.550 - Motion to exclude witnessIf a motion to exclude a witness is granted:
1. The Chair of the Board, Director or appointed hearing officer shall instruct the witness not to discuss the case during the pendency of the proceeding.2. Any respondent who may also be a witness may remain in the hearing room.3. Any corporate respondent or other entity represented by a natural person may have one representative, who may also be a witness, who may remain in the hearing room.Nev. Admin. Code § 561.550
