Section 561.440 - Right to representation by attorney; qualifications of attorney

Any respondent appearing in a hearing before the Board or Department may be represented by an attorney who is licensed to practice in this State or, if not licensed in this State, who has applied and been approved by the Board or Department to appear in this case only.
