Section 561.130 - Duties of mediator; attendance at mediation; payment of fee to Department1. The mediator will take testimony and establish a record of the mediation.2. The creditor must have a person present at the mediation who has the authority to negotiate and enter into an agreement on behalf of the creditor.3. The borrower and the spouse of the borrower, if he or she is married, must attend the mediation.4. The creditor and borrower may have legal counsel present at the mediation.5. Each creditor and the borrower shall pay the Department $25 for each hour or fraction thereof of mediation.Nev. Admin. Code § 561.130
