Section 557.160 - Reporting of information by Department to governmental entities without notice to registrant authorized

Any information obtained by the Department in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and chapter 557 of NRS may be reported to any governmental entity without notice to the registrant as necessary to comply with the provisions of 7 C.F.R. Part 990.
