Section 557.131 - Adoption of publication by reference relating to requirements for testing1. The Department hereby adopts by reference Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPRs) for Quantitation of Cannabinoids in Plant Materials of Hemp (Low THC Varieties Cannabis sp.), AOAC SMPR 2019.003, published by the Association of Official Analytical Collaboration (AOAC) International on October 9, 2019. A copy of this publication may be obtained free of charge at the Internet address https://www.aoac.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/SMPR202019_003.pdf.2. If the publication adopted by reference pursuant to subsection 1 is revised, the Department will review the revision to ensure its suitability for this State. If the Department determines that the revision is not suitable for this State, the Department will hold a public hearing to review its determination and give notice of that hearing within 6 months after the date of publication of the revision. If, after the hearing, the Department does not revise its determination, the Department will give notice that the revision is not suitable for this State within 30 days after the hearing. If the Department does not give such notice, the revision becomes part of the publication adopted by reference pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin. Code § 557.131
