Section 555.225 - Administrative fine: Shipment or receipt of nursery stock shipped without appropriate certificate

A person who ships or receives nursery stock in violation of NRS 555.246 shall, after notice and hearing, for each violation pay an administrative fine in accordance with the following:

1. For the first violation, $250.

2. For the second violation, $350.

3. For the third and any subsequent violation, $500.
