Section 555.1035 - "Dangerously injurious pest" defined
"Dangerously injurious pest" means a pest which:
1. Constitutes a significant threat to the agricultural, forest or horticultural interests of this State, to the public or to the general environmental quality of this State; and2. Is not known to exist in this State or has a limited existence in this State.
