Section 555.Sec. 11 - NEW1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, a government applicator or unlicensed employee engaged in the application of pesticides shall not:(a) Use any material which is not registered in this State as a pesticide.(b) Use any registered pesticide for a purpose other than the purpose for which it is registered.2. A government applicator or unlicensed employee under the supervision of a government applicator engaged in the application of pesticides shall not use a pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its label.3. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply to the application of a pesticide for experimental purposes under the supervision of a government applicator or researcher employed by the manufacturer of the pesticide.Nev.
