Section 555.2575 - "Tamper-resistant bait station" defined"Tamper-resistant bait station" means a bait station that is designed to protect children or pets or other domestic animals from the pesticide contained in the bait station to the extent that:
1. The child or pet or other domestic animal is unable to remove a toxic amount of the pesticide contained in the bait station; or2. The child or pet or other domestic animal is able to remove a toxic amount of the pesticide contained in the bait station only if the child or pet or other domestic animal is able to destroy the bait station.Nev.
