Section 555.690 - Fees for issuance of certificates to nonprimary principal commercial applicators and private applicators1. The Director will collect a fee of $50 for each examination period or renewal period for the issuance of a certificate before the applicant is examined.2. If a certificate specified in subsection 1:(a) Is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed; or(b) Is determined by the Director to be undeliverable because the applicant provided an incomplete address or other incorrect information when applying for the certificate, the Director will collect a fee of $25 for issuing a duplicate certificate.Nev.
