1. A quarantine is hereby established on firewood that originates in an area described in subsection 2 to prevent the introduction or spread of any invasive species in this State.2. The State Quarantine Officer will establish, maintain and make available on the Internet website of the Department a list of areas under quarantine for firewood that includes, without limitation:(a) Any area of Canada or the United States that the United States Department of Agriculture or State Quarantine Officer has declared to be at high-risk of infestation by any invasive species; and(b) Any area prescribed as a zone of infestation pursuant to NRS 527.170.Nev.
