Section 554.164 - "Dip treatment" defined

"Dip treatment" means a method of treating a plant for the Japanese beetle by submerging the entire root ball of the plant or all growing media of the container or other material for retaining the roots of the plant into a pesticide solution approved by the Director until the root ball or growing media are completely saturated.
