Section 538.190 - Complaints: Answer1. Within 20 days after a complaint is served upon a respondent, he must file an answer with the Commission.2. Affirmative defenses must be separately stated and numbered.3. If the respondent fails to answer within the time prescribed, he shall be deemed to have denied generally the allegations of the complaint and is precluded, except with the consent of opposing parties and the Commission, from setting up any affirmative defense in the hearing.4. The Commission will proceed with the matter solely upon the issues set forth in the complaint.Nev. Admin. Code § 538.190
