Section 535.120 - Height, crest and toe of damFor the purposes of this chapter:
1. The height of a dam is the maximum difference in elevation between the crest and the toe of the dam.2. The crest of a dam is the nominal top horizontal surface of the dam excluding railings or parapet walls.3. The toe of a dam is the contact between the outer shell of the dam and the natural ground surface on the downstream side of the dam.Nev. Admin. Code § 535.120
