Section 534B.150 - Expiration of permit; application for extension for good cause1. A permit to drill a dissolved mineral resource exploration well expires 2 years after the date on which it was issued. If requested in writing by the operator, on a form designated by the Division, the permit may be extended once for good cause for an additional 2 years by the Administrator if the permit is determined to be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.2. An application for an extension must be filed not later than 60 days before the expiration of the permit.Nev. Admin. Code § 534B.150
