Section 534B.065 - "Groundwater" defined"Neat cement" means a mixture of:
1. Water and cement in a ratio of not more than 5.2 gallons of water per bag of portland cement (1 cubic foot or 94 pounds); or2. Water, cement and sodium bentonite in a ratio of not more than 7.8 gallons of water per 3.76 pounds of sodium bentonite by dry weight and 1 bag of portland cement (1 cubic foot or 94 pounds).Nev.
