Section 534B.027 - "Blowout prevention equipment" defined

"Blowout prevention equipment" means equipment attached to casing which:

1. Is equipped with gates, rams or other packoff;

2. Can be closed around the drill pipe; and

3. Completely closes the top of the casing.
