Section 534B.520 - Hearings informal; filing of opposition to application for permit to drill1. A hearing held pursuant to section 37 must be conducted informally and may conform to the practice in civil cases to the extent such practice is consistent with the informal and summary character of the proceedings.2. Any opposition to the application for a permit to drill a dissolved mineral resource exploration well must be put in writing and filed with the Division at least 5 days before the hearing.Nev. Admin.
