Section 534A.175 - Authority of Administrator to grant exception to certain requirements of chapter

Except for any fee required pursuant to NAC 534A.210 to 534A.216, inclusive, or 534A.540, upon written application and good cause shown, the Administrator may grant an exception to any of the requirements of this chapter.
