Section 534.245 - "Well drilling" and "drilling a well" defined1. "Well drilling" and "drilling a well" have the meaning ascribed to them in NRS 534.0175.2. As used in NRS 534.0175, the State Engineer interprets "well drilling" and "drilling a well" to include, without limitation, the drilling, plugging and rehabilitation of a well.Nev. Admin.
