Section 534.4376 - Instrumentation boreholes1. An instrumentation geotechnical soil boring may be drilled by an unlicensed well driller.2. The installation of monitoring instruments and simultaneous plugging must be: (a) Completed by a well driller who is licensed in this State; or(b) Supervised and documented by the responsible project geologist, hydrologist or engineer.3. An instrumentation geotechnical soil boring must be permanently plugged at the time of completion pursuant to NAC 534.4371.4. Documentation of each instrumentation geotechnical soil boring must be completed and maintained pursuant to NAC 534.4369.Nev. Admin. Code § 534.4376
