Section 534.390 - Construction of well: Location near river, lake, perennial stream, unlined reservoir or unlined canal; compliance with permit or waiver1. If a well, other than a monitoring well, is drilled within 1/4 mile of a river, lake, perennial stream, unlined reservoir, ditch or canal:(a) Perforations in the production casing are prohibited from ground level to a depth of 100 feet;(b) The well must be sealed to a minimum depth of 100 feet; and(c) A permanent conductor casing may be used to convey the gravel pack to the 100-foot level.2. If a well is being drilled pursuant to a permit or waiver, the well driller is responsible for satisfying the terms and conditions of the permit or waiver concerning the construction of the well.Nev.
