Section 533.310 - Hearings: Stipulations1. With the approval of the State Engineer, the parties may stipulate to any fact in issue, either by a written stipulation introduced into evidence as an exhibit or by an oral statement entered in the record.2. Such a stipulation is binding only upon the parties to the stipulation and is not binding on the State Engineer.3.
