Section 522.702 - "Area of review" defined"Area of review" means:
1. The area of land located within a radius of 1 mile of a proposed oil or gas well and any surface projection of any lateral component of the wellbore that is proposed for hydraulic fracturing; and2. Any additional area of land prescribed by the Division or specified by an operator pursuant to subsection 3 of section 10 of this regulation.Nev. Admin. Code § 522.702
