Section 522.405 - Notification of injection operations1. Upon beginning to inject any fluids into an injection well, the operator shall notify the division of the date on which injection began.2. Within 10 days after the injection of fluids is discontinued, the operator shall notify the division of the date of discontinuation and the reasons therefor.3. Before any intake well is plugged, the owner must give notice to the division. The procedure prescribed in NAC 522.445 for the plugging of oil and gas wells must be followed.Nev. Admin.
