Section 519A.290 - Departure from approved plan for reclamation1. An operator may not depart from an approved plan for reclamation without a modification of the plan which is approved by the Division or other written approval from the Division except in the case of an emergency.2. As used in this section, emergency means a situation in which compliance with a provision of an approved plan for reclamation may result in bodily injury or in environmental damage not anticipated in the plan.Nev.
