Before acceptance into the bond pool, the applicant must execute a general agreement of indemnity on a form provided by the Division. After acceptance into the bond pool, the applicant must indemnify and keep indemnified and save and hold harmless the bond pool against all loss, costs, expenses and attorney's fees incurred by the bond pool as a result of his or her participation in the bond pool or forfeiture of any part of his or her bond.
