Section 517.070 - "Overlay" defined

"Overlay" means a sheet of Mylar® or other permanent material capable of being reproduced by standard means, with the township and range identified and the section lines shown, upon which claims may be plotted if the base map becomes cluttered because of a congestion of claims in one or more areas.
